Student opportunities and activities
At Black Springs Public School, we offer a variety of programs in the classroom and across the school to help students build new skills, make friends and explore new interests.

Our extra-curricular highlights
Swimming lessons
Students have had the opportunity to develop their swimming, giving them confidence in the water and developing critical water survival skills.
Creative and performing arts
Our students have opportunities to develop their creative arts skills both in school, and through external workshops such as our exciting Taiko drumming workshop! These help students to express themselves and connect with the creative arts in a meaningful way.
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things, such as our joint book-week celebrations. These sorts of activities help students to broaden their mindset, seeing the world through a different lens and helping them to build their knowledge in a meaningful way.
